Some features I would like in Windows Mobile

One feature I have started using a lot in Outlook is putting tasks into Categories, the bad news is that you cant see categories on a WM6 device at all. It would be great to be able to filter by Categories and add them in the field.

Another feature that would be great is convert a email message to a task, this can be done in outlook but not on the device which means you cant always action items in your email.
