Just got a call from virgin saying that the flight has been cancelled due to mechanical problems with the plane, and have scheduled me onto a later flight. Fantastic they called allowing me to do more work while I am here and not be stuck in an airport and cutting short a meeting.

It goes to prove in business its how you handle the problems that matter … they could have easily let me rock up to the airport and tell me the bad news but they had a problem and solved my issue for me. Love the service …
